We have been doing research on hydration practices for the last few years and are motivated to share our research and promote hydration locally. We think this would be a good opportunity to do so. We have planned a number of activities events for this - inviting students and staff to take on the hydration challenge. do hydration assessments. provide health promotion and education, coffee morning, badges and leaflets identifying hydration champions, a talk by us and media coverage.

Training for guidance teachers and career advisors
This is an event with the Chamber of Engineers in collaboration with the with the career guidance services in the National School Support Services (Ministry of Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation). The scope of this visit is for career guidance staff to have an overview of what MCAST offers as regards courses and laboratories in the field of Engineering.–
