Graduation Sessions 2025

MCAST is proud to announce the Graduation Sessions 2025, celebrating the achievements of our students across different levels and institutes

Key Information

📖 General

  • Official invitation sent via email.

  • Graduands must RSVP to reserve seats.

  • Only 2 guests per graduand allowed (children aged 4+ count as guests).

🙏 Thanksgiving Mass

  • 📅 Thursday 13 November 2025 at 6:00 pm, St John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta.

  • Graduands from Level 4 upwards invited with guests.

  • Confirm attendance online (27 Oct – 14 Nov).

  • Be seated by 5:45 pm.

  • Formal dress code – no stiletto or narrow heels allowed.

📝 Registration

  • Online form must be completed to confirm attendance.
    This link will be active as from 27 October 2025 to the 14 November 2025.

📅 Graduation Sessions

  • Held 19 November – 5 December 2025.

  • Detailed schedule by institute and level available in booklet.

👗 Attire

  • Academic gowns and cowls required.

  • Correct cowl colours must be worn.

  • Formal dress code applies.

🎨 Cowl Rentals

🤝 Alumni Network

  • Registration available with graduation form.

  • Stay updated on opportunities, jobs, and events.

  • Register by 7 November 2025.

📚 Library Books & Fees

  • Return all library books by 20 October 2025.

  • Settle all pending tuition fees before graduation.

  • Failure to comply may result in exclusion from ceremony.

💻 Digital Certificates (Blockcerts)

  • Issued within 15 days of graduation.

  • Accessible via Blockcerts Wallet app.

  • Secure and shareable with employers.

📸 Photography

  • Official photographers only.

  • Photos available for preview and purchase

  • Guests cannot leave seats to take pictures.

ℹ️ Summary of Rules

  • Arrive 30 minutes before ceremony.

  • Present invitation and sign in at reception.

  • Follow seating arrangements strictly.

  • Appropriate attire and correct cowls are mandatory.

  • Absent graduands will collect certificates later.
