MCAST Announces Third Edition of KampuSajf Festival Programme

The Malta College of Arts, Science, and Technology (MCAST) has announced the programme for the third edition of KampuSajf, taking place on 20, 21, and 22 August 2025 at the MCAST Mosta Campus and amphitheatre. The festival is powered by APS Bank, and the artistic direction is led jointly by Justin Galea and Elyse Tonna.

This year’s edition, titled Gathering of Possibilities, continues to position KampuSajf as a platform for artistic exchange, collaboration, and experimentation. The festival aims to transform the campus into a vibrant and civic space that hosts a range of performances, conversations, film screenings, and live music while promoting emerging artists.

KampuSajf invites artists and audiences to engage with themes of openness, process, and collective imagination. The programme emphasises cross-disciplinary practice, ecological sensitivity, and community-driven initiatives.

This year’s programme highlights include:

20 August: What Language Do You Dream In? By Dance Beyond Borders, followed by Belonging Here, a curated selection of films on belonging.

21 August: The Spoken Word featuring Alex Weenink and Sam Vassallo, and Resonant Bodies with Sarah Vella and Benji Cachia.

22 August: Sounds of Ultralow Music live from the amphitheatre, followed by Żummara – Old Roots, New Rhymes by Rea, Orfew. Other acts on the night include Funky Monkey’s and the DJ set Radju Ħaj.
