Talexio’s HR and Payroll software will be made available to students at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST), as part of a new collaboration aimed at enhancing hands-on learning in business, payroll and human resources.
Students and lecturers at the Institute of Business Management & Commerce will gain free access to Talexio’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll platform. The software will be integrated into classroom learning to support modules related to HR operations, payroll processing, and digital business tools.
Elsa Gaffiero, Talexio Head of Customer Support said “We are proud to contribute to this initiative with software that reflects the latest developments in HR technology. Our goal is to help bridge the gap between theory and practice by giving students exposure to systems used in modern workplaces.”
Andrew Galea, Director at the Institute of Business Management & Commerce added “Our focus is on providing students with the best possible learning experience, closely aligned to industry standards. Access to real-world tools like Talexio supports our commitment to applied, career-oriented education.”
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to equipping students with relevant, job-ready tools. MCAST remains committed to collaboration between education and industry to enhance the Institute’s job and career prospects.
