MCAST, in collaboration with the National Skills Council (NSC) and with the support of the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA), is hosting a conference focused on the impact of National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Skills Cards in shaping a skilled and competent workforce.

Bringing together key stakeholders from various sectors, this event will explore best practices, challenges, and innovations, driving industry excellence through structured skills recognition.

As part of the Encounter – MCAST Meets Industry initiative, supported by the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research, and Innovation, the conference will feature expert panels, roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities aimed at strengthening collaboration between education and industry.
