Attention: Third-country national

Attention:  Third-country national (TCN) applicants considering embarking on an FT programme of studies which includes Work-Based Learning (WBL) or an apprenticeship within its accredited framework (kindly refer to MCAST Prospectus 2024/2025 at: www.mcast.edu.mt):

Third-country national (TCN) applicants are requested to verify with the relevant national authorities that they will be permitted to meet the mandatory attendance hours for accredited Work-Based Learning unit(s), which are part of the apprenticeship, placement, or internship modalities integral to the Vocational Training programme at MCAST. This verification should ensure there are no legal or other impediments, including the payment of necessary Employment Licensing fees, as well as compliance with requirements such as signing the MCAST Work-Based Learning Training Agreement and registration with JobsPlus. MCAST will not be held liable for any financial repercussions arising from failing to undergo the preparatory process of determining one’s eligibility for any applicable WBL commitments related to the respective course.
