In need of an MCAST Email Account, Password Reset

Should you need to request a password reset for the already existent and active MCAST email account which was assigned to you as an MCAST Registered student, kindly click here to fill in the online form

Please ascertain that you properly fill in the online form with the required correct details (for question 7 in the form, where a PIN is requested, you can either leave it blank or else write N/A in the field so that you can move on to complete the form and submit it).  Likewise you may not necessarily remember your mcast email address… in which case Kindy ensure  that all the other information you provide is exact and correct, in order for MCAST IS Department to be able to trace your account and assist with your request.

When the processing of your request starts after you submit the online form, you will receive a validation email from MCAST sent to the email address you provide in the online form you fill in.  Kindly ensure that you reply to that validation email as otherwise the process of assisting your request will not be able to proceed.

IMPORTANT Notes:

• This online form requesting a password reset, is not applicable to applicants who have applied for a course at MCAST, but as yet have not been Registered as MCAST students, and as yet have not been provided with their new MCAST email account username and password.
• Action on such online form requests, is taken during normal office working hours (excluding weekends and Public Holidays
