What am I to do if I reside in Malta and am not entitled to an EID OR I am an EU-National not yet residing in Malta ?

This relates to:-

• Third Country Nationals or EU Nationals,  residing in Malta, wishing to create an MCAST CMIS account profile, but can confirm that they do not have the eligibility to obtain a Maltese EID…..  these are to note that if they are found to have eligibility for a Maltese EID, their account will be deleted and they will not be in a position to get any access to MCAST Courses.  If unsure about whether you have a Maltese EID, it is best to check with Identita’ Agency and see if after all you do have EID credentials which you can use to create a CMIS account (not using this online form), but using the application link as can be found in “How to Apply Online” Section on www.mcast.edu.mt
• EU Nationals who are not yet residing in Malta and do not have eligibility for a Maltese EID.

The above two categories, can during the Main Call ONLY, send an email to mcast7888@mcast.edu.mt where they will identify themselves clearly including country of origin as well as nationality, and explain the reason why they would be emailing.  They will receive the necessary guidance on how to proceed in such exceptional instances where an EID is not possible and hence an application would need to be submitted through a different channel.
