Walk-Ins for assistance with Full-Time Admissions new online applications – 14 July till 25 September 2026

From Tuesday 14th July till  Friday 25th September 2026,  you are welcome to come over to MCAST Main Camus, Student House (second floor) Room 215, between 09am and Noon, in order to obtain assistance with submitting a new fresh course application (never was a student before now at MCAST).

Kindly wait for your turn or until an officer will be available to assist you.  That might take a few minutes depending on the volume of walk ins under way as well as the officers available at the time of your arrival for assistance.

In order to be assisted with submitting your application, you need to ascertain that you bring with you the following:

  • Your valid (not expired) Maltese ID Document.  In the case of TCNs, it is important that the official residency permit / documentation, is presented.
  • Active and valid EID credentials linked to your Maltese ID Document – this is something you need to check with (and if need be obtain from) Identita agency.  Where this is not available – particularly in the case of TCNs and other Non-Maltese nationals – a print out of email exchange’s with Identita Agency is to be presented, showing that there is a process underway by Identita for a full renewal of Identification Document and / or an EID to be granted in the pipeline….. over the coming weeks.
  • Have with you the necessary access to your personal email address which is linked to your EID
  • Bring the original versions of all documents you will need to upload in order for your application to be processed accordingly – such as SSCP/SSQP, MATSEC / SEC results (hardcopy result slip) and other Qualification Certificates/Result you may have and which will be required

Coming over to MCAST Paola for a walk-in, with any missing documents (which will be required to assist you during your walk-in), will regretfully result in our personnel not being able to assist you and you will end up having to come back again on another occasion – so please do ascertain that you will have with you, all that is required for our personnel to be able to successfully assist you.
