Artistic Director – MCAST/APS Summer Fest 2023
MCAST is seeking the services of an Artistic Director for the MCAST/APS Summer Fest 2023.
The concept of community values are robust pillars in both MCAST’s and APS Bank’s strategic approaches. The Festival will mirror such synergies to celebrate culture, in creating an engaging and unique national platform for contemporary artists to share their talent with the local community.
The chosen Artistic Director will be required to provide an overall artistic vision for this year’s edition. They will also be responsible for curating, creating, and leading a programme of activities over 6 days, roping in talent and artists in order to make the programme engaging, exciting and to the level required. The MCAST/APS Summer Fest 2023 will be targeted at the general public and should include a variety of artistic disciplines including music, visual arts, dance, and theatre. The selected Artistic Director for the role will be expected to:
- lead both the development and the implementation of the programme following its approval by MCAST, and
- manage the budget allocated for it successfully and fairly to the benefit of all participants.

An expression of interest statement as well as a brief, outline proposal of ideas (500 words maximum) for the MCAST/APS Summer Fest should accompany the CV. Submissions need to be sent in a word/pdf format and should not exceed five (5) pages.
