  • *This online applications’ time window is only open for Third Country (non-EU) Nationals not yet residing in Malta (no active Maltese EID).
  • International applications for BSc (Hons) Nursing will be received until Wednesday 30th April 2025.
  • Upload all required documents (MQRIC, certificates/transcripts, English proficiency, etc.).
  • Eligibility includes an interview, held after documentation is received.
  • If certification is pending, max 3 working weeks after the deadline to supply; otherwise not processed for 2025/26. If MQRIC pending by end of June, provide official receipt.

  • Applicants for MSc Veterinary Medicine must apply by 5pm, Thursday 31st July 2025.

After MATSEC results, eligible registered students may transfer if space permits (some courses excluded).

Requests after October reviewed case-by-case; inter-institute transfers may not be considered after October.

Nursing transfer only if originally applied for Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences and now meet entry reqs.

Final chance for FT programmes (oversubscribed courses excluded; Nursing & MSc Vet Med not available).

Available to TCN/EU in Malta without active EID (processing slower via alternative method).

Not available if entry requirements (incl. MQRIC where needed) are missing by 7 Oct; no Maturity Clause here.

International applications for select full-time Master’s Degrees will be received until Wednesday 15th October 2025.

The current courses available for the February 2026 intake are:

- Master of Business Administration
- Master in Tourism and Events Management
- Master in Social Care Practice
- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Technology
- Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering
- Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications
- Master of Science in Applied Environmental Science (General)
- Master of Science in Computing and Emerging Technologies
- Master of Science in Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Master of Business Administration in Retail

All required documents for a fully completed online application must be properly uploaded. This includes:

• Scans of MQRIC Statement(s) for non-Maltese qualifications
• Copies of Certificates and official transcripts/results in English (including required Apostilled translations)
• Copies of original English Proficiency Certificates
• All other necessary documentation

The entry eligibility process may include a Master degree suitability interview, which will be conducted online only after all necessary documentation is received.

In cases where required certification is not attained by the deadline, a maximum of 12 working days (from the deadline) will be granted to present missing documentation.

Beyond this period, incomplete applications will not be processed for the February 2026 intake.

If MQRIC Statements are required but not in possession by the 15th October 2025, the applicant must present the official receipt from MQRIC.
