Prospective students have until 14 August to submit online applications for full-time courses at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST).

Courses are available across the College’s seven institutes and four campuses in Paola, Mosta, Qormi and Gozo. The 2026/2027 Course Catalogue details every programme, including entry requirements and progression routes, helping applicants choose the course that best matches their preferences and qualifications. Students finishing secondary school can opt for courses from entry-level to advanced diploma level (depending on their qualifications). They can then progress to Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctorate level as MCAST uniquely offers courses at all MQF levels.

To support prospective students during the application period, MCAST offers walk-in assistance for first-time applicants who need help submitting an online application.

The service is available Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, at Student House, Room 215 (Second Floor), MCAST Main Campus, Paola.

Applicants attending a walk-in session should bring:

• a valid Maltese identity card or, for third-country nationals, valid residence documentation;
• active eID credentials linked to their identity document. Where an eID is still being processed, applicants should bring evidence of their ongoing application with Identità;
• access to the personal email address linked to their eID; and
• the original copies of all qualifications and supporting documents required for their application, including MATSEC or SEC result slips, SSCP or SSQP documentation where applicable, and any other relevant certificates.

Applying early gives applicants time to choose their preferred course and resolve questions about entry requirements or supporting documents before the deadline. The College also offers career guidance support to help student understand the different options and levels. For the first time, the website also includes a course-finder AI assistant, to help students explore option online.  The full 2026/2027 Course Catalogue and the online application portal are available on the MCAST website, and the admissions office can be contacted on 23987888 until 2 pm.
