Course Description

The Master of Science in Computing & Emerging Technologies imparts essential skills in various advanced ICT domains including Information Systems, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Business Intelligence and other emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. Entry Requirements

Applicants must hold a recognised MQF/EQF Level 6 qualification, with at least 180 credits, in any from the fields of Computing, Information Systems / Technology, Science and/or Technology. Applicants whose qualifications are in disciplines not directly related to Computing, should evidence their sound experience in computing and programming.Applicanst found eligible as per above, will also be asked to successfully complete a Master’s Programnme Suitability Interview

In the absence of above entry requirements, applicants aged 27 years and over, can submit an application under the Maturity Clause…. but must present a recognised MQF/EQF Level 5 qualification, or its equivalent, in the fields of Computing, Science, or Technology, together with clear evidence of a minimum of three (3) years (full time) of direct and relevant professional experience. Applicants whose qualifications are in disciplines not directly related to Computing, should evidence their sound experience in computing and programming.

Applicants under Maturity Clause, will be asked to sit for a combined Maturity and Master’s Suitability Interview
