Brief Description of organisation
As a cycling club, our aim is to entice competitive and non-competitive cycling to the Gozo and Maltese Cycling Community and to raise awareness about the benefits of cycling. GCC is continuously seeking ways to improve the level of the local athletes by organising several activities even in collaboration with other Maltese cycling clubs and by affiliation to the Malta Cycling Federation, Malta Mountain Bike Association, whilst adhering to local VO and Sportmalta legislation and Union Cyclist International (UCI) rules. The Gozo Cycling Club (GCC) is encouraging its members to actively compete in the many races that are organised throughout the year in Malta. In its brief history, GCC are proud to note that on a competitive level our members have also managed to distinguish themselves and obtain very satisfactory results whilst some members have been awarded National Champions in their respective categories.
