FAA Flimkien Ghal Ambjent Ahjar is pleased to offer students a diverse range of activities and opportunities to contribute to their Community Social Responsibility (CSR) experience through collaboration with the team.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Objective

These opportunities will provide students with a rewarding experience that enriches their personal and professional development while also benefiting the wider community. By choosing to carry out the 20 hours of community work with FAA, students will have the unique opportunity to cultivate essential skills, connect with like-minded individuals, establish valuable contacts within the professional sphere, and make a meaningful contribution to their community.

Opportunities

  1. Photography and Videography for Social Media:
  • Role intended for: Art and technology students.
  • Responsible for: Capturing stunning visuals of FAA’s events and projects. This work will be showcased on FAA’s social media platforms.
  1. Plant Sales:
  • Role intended for: Environmental science, agriculture, and nature enthusiasts.
  • Responsible for: Assisting with plant labelling, inventory management, and sales at FAA’s fundraising plant sales.
  1. Vintage Thrifting Sales:
  • Role intended for: Fashion and textile students, and anyone with an interest in vintage clothing.
  • Responsible for: Sorting through donated items, creating inventory lists, and assisting with the organisation and running of the vintage thrifting sales.
  1. Research and Writing:
  • Role intended for: Students with a passion for writing and an interest in environmental and cultural issues.
  • Responsible for: Researching and writing engaging articles, blog posts, and social media content about environmental and cultural heritage in Malta. Contributions will be featured on FAA’s website and social media pages.
  1. Translations:
  • Role intended for: Language students or anyone proficient in foreign languages.
  • Responsible for: Translating existing content from our website into other languages.
