MCAST concludes graduation ceremonies at the Gozo Campus

Last Friday 6 December 2024, the Malta College of Arts, Science, and Technology (MCAST) concluded this year’s graduation ceremonies with a historic milestone at the MCAST Gozo Campus. For the first time, Level 6 graduates were celebrated at the Gozo Campus, marking a significant achievement in the College’s journey of growth and inclusivity.

During the past weeks ceremonies were held for graduates from all Institutes, including the Institute of Engineering and Transport (IET), the Institute of Applied Sciences (IAS), the Institute of Community Services (ICS), the Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IICT), the Institute for the Creative Arts (ICA), the Institute of Business Management, and Commerce (IBMC) and the Gozo Campus.

Speaking during one of the graduation ceremonies MCAST Principal and CEO Mr Stephen Vella said, “I am immensely proud of the success of this year’s graduation ceremonies at MCAST. It is a moment of great achievement for our students, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all those involved in the organisation of these events. Your dedication and hard work have made this celebration possible, showcasing the remarkable journey of our graduates as they step into their future.”

This year thirty-one graduation ceremonies were held, celebrating the success of students who followed courses ranging from MQF Level 1 entry-level certification to MQF Level 7 Master’s Degrees.  A total of 2,964 students celebrated their achievements. This year, 589 students graduated at the Master’s and Bachelor’s levels. Moreover, 1942 students completed Diplomas at Levels 3, 4, and 5, while 433 students completed Levels 1 and 2 courses.
MCAST continues to proudly celebrate the success of students at all levels, showcasing the dedication and hard work of every individual in our community.
