Following the publication of the September MATSEC exam results, NO NEW applications are accepted for MCAST Full Time courses. All those wishing to apply for a place on an MCAST FT Course are asked to submit their online application complete with all the necessary documentation during the Main Call (14 July till 25 August 2025). When submitting the application during the Main Call, applicants will be applying for the course they will be eligible for based on what results and documents they would have in hand at that point in terms of entry requirements for the selected course.
Before any transfer, of course, can be considered (when submitting a request for it during the specific call between 22 September and 31 October 2025), the person requesting the transfer must have already submitted a complete course application during the Main Call, and that application would have been vetted in full by ARD, leading to eligibility for the course applied for during the Main Call (based on the documents submitted as evidence of the entry requirements to the course). This also entails (where applicable) the full process being completed for any parental consent for applicants aged under 18 years.
Once any MATSEC September exam results are published, and the applicant now has new documentary evidence in hand to go to a different course or a higher level programme, the request for a transfer can be submitted accordingly … one can email mcast7888@mcast.edu.mt (providing a clear explanation as to why the email is being sent and, most importantly, providing full name and surname, as well as correct ID Number.
