Is there any assistance one can get with creating an online application  ?

Yes sure… various channels of assistance;

• How to Apply Online section on MCAST website – one can find guidance and resources
• Phone MCAST Admissions Contact Centre on 2398 7888 [Monday to Friday (excluding any Shut Down or Public Holidays) between 08am and 2pm]
• Assistance can also be provided online (after that you get in touch with 2398 7888 as per above)… that way you can be assisted in the comfort of your home or wherever you may happen to be – without the need of having to physically come over to MCAST Campus.  The important thing is that any EID credentials which you may require, would have been acquired directly by yourself, from Identita’ Agency.
• In the case of Full Time applicants……. a Walk-In appointment can also be requested, by sending an email to mcast7888@mcast.edu.mt (clearly identifying oneself with a full name, surname and ID number and explaining why an email is being sent).  Do not come to MCAST without a confirmed appointment, as it may be that you end up coming over in a moment where it would; not be possible to assist you.  So please drop an email and ask for an appointment… that makes your life even easier as you will ensure that you will not come over for nothing.

In the case of Part-Time or Training for Industry applications, kindly get in touch directly with MG2i or Part-Time course coordinators, in a way that you will be provided with the set walk-in appointments ARD would have available for the particular month – for these particular categories of applications, a number of walk-in sessions are set every month…. MG2i can provide such infromation (shortcourses@mcast.edu.mt). The important thing here would be that any EID credentials which you may require, would have been acquired directly by yourself, from Identita’ Agency.
