In consultation with the health authorities and stakeholders, the Ministry for Education has issued guidance for re-opening education institutions after the Christmas break.

MCAST staff and students are to be guided as follows.

All lectures scheduled from Monday 3 January to Friday 7 January will be held online. All online lessons will strictly follow the scheduled timetables. Any changes will be sanctioned only by Directors of Institutes.

 MCAST campuses will re-open for in-person lectures from Monday, 10 January. The practical sessions will resume as per timetable from 10 January, and any missed practical sessions during the coming week will be re-scheduled.

We encourage you to keep following the COVID-19 guidance issued by the health authorities. MCAST will continue to take all necessary safety measures to keep our community safe while minimizing the negative impact on the teaching and learning experience.
