In celebration of International Sports Day, MCAST would like to invite you to the MCAST Spring Sports Fest: two days full of sports and fun activities on Campus.

The ICS Sports Department at MCAST will be organising a series of sports events at Paola Campus, and we want YOU to be part of it.

This event is open to all MCAST staff and students. Whether you’re a pro, a beginner, or just joining for the vibes, there’s something for everyone: football, basketball, push up challenges, human table soccer, gladiator challenge, human chess and more.

Bring your MCAST friends, form your teams, and let’s make this an event to remember.

 

The activities will be held on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd April 2026 between 8.30am and 2.00pm in the sports pitch and in the Pjazzetta. Football and Basketball Tournaments will be divided by Institutes as follows:

 

Tuesday 21st April 

Institute of Community Services (ICS)

Institute of Business Management and Commerce (IBMC)

Applied Research and Innovation Centre (ARIC)

Institute for Trades

MCAST Gozo

 

Wednesday 22nd April

Institute of Creative Arts (ICA)

Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IICT)

Institute of Applied Sciences (IAS)

Institute of Engineering and Transport (IET)

Centre for Learning and Employability (CLE)

 

Details regarding meeting points, grouping instructions, and final logistics will be communicated at a later stage, closer to the event date.

A €2 donation per person will be collected towards the MCAST Good Causes Fund.
