Brief Description of organisation
The role of the FSC is to organise activities for the Floriana elderly persons with a specific aim to offer a healthy enivironment where the elderly could interact and socialise together. Thus being able to lead an active life in the community. The FSC is also committed to strive for the rights of the elderly persons, particularly those who are vulnerable.

Type of community work that can be offered to MCAST students
The FSC from time to time, circulate a short qestionnaire asking senior citizens living in the locality to state what are the problems which are causing them discomfort or hardship in their daily life. It also invites any suggestions which might be introduced to create better opportunities for their wellbeing.
