Brief Description of organisation

The Archdiocese of Malta operates three homes for the elderly: Casa Leone XIII in St. Julians, Dar tal-Kleru in B’Kara and Dar Saura in Rabat

Type of community work that can be offered to our students

🟥Hairdressing, Beauty and Well- Being – Hair and beauty sessions with the residents at MCAST and within the Church Homes

🟧Health and Social Care – Students can carry out on the job training with the carers and nurses and assist the residents

🟨Sport, Exercise and Health – to do sport and exercise sessions with the residents

🟩Photography – During special events such as feast days eg Christmas, Easter, Mothers day, Fathers day etc a photosession for the residents can take place

🟦Agriculture courses – Gardening within the Home’s premises
