Brief Description of organisation
DCapitals Big Band (VO No. 1258) is an eighteen piece big band which was founded in Gozo in 2014. During the years the band participated in big events and in a number of occasions live on local television stations. In 2017, the band was invited to perform in events related to the Malta – EU Presidency. DCapitals are the organizers of the annual Cittadella Arts Festival and Kantamagħna Festival – a festival for singers aged 10 to 35. Gozitan conductor, George Apap is the band’s musical director.
