The Malta College of Arts, Science, and Technology (MCAST) hosted an event on campus in Paola to raise awareness about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This initiative was held in collaboration with Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, and Kunsill Studenti MCAST (KSM).
MCAST President of the Board of Governors Mr Horace Laudi attended and participated in the event and commended students for their initiative.
The event featured interactive activities, including a penalty shootout competition, which encouraged student participation and fostered a fun atmosphere. Additionally, information booths were set up and presentations were delivered to help attendees better understand ADHD and how they can contribute to a more inclusive environment.
This initiative provided a valuable platform for educating students about the condition, its challenges, and the importance of support within our community.
The College strongly believes in fostering an inclusive environment and one which provide the help and support needed to promote the wellbeing of all students and staff.
