Reference is made to the written complaint by Dr Peter Gatt in 2020 addressed to the Commissioner for Education, Office of the Ombudsman.

In his evaluation report, Commissioner Vincent De Gaetano stated that he is not in agreement with the complaint made by Dr Gatt about the Board of Studies not being composed in accordance with the law. For this reason, the Commissioner dismissed Dr Gatt’s complaint.
