POST: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Managing Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
- Maintain scheduling of events and daily meetings
- To run and create regular reports
- Assist Management in planning workloads
- Follow up on deadlines to ensure projects are completed as assigned
- Take up minutes and provide attendees with copies of minutes
- Handle correspondence and manage communications between departments
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying very organised and meticulous
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
- Level 4 MCAST qualification (Business Admin and Secretarial) or
holds a recognized Level 4 qualification in HR or Leadership and Management.
